My name is Anastasia Nester.
I am a nutritionist, lifestyle, and weight management specialist.
I successfully graduated and earned my diplomas through NAN (National Academy of Nutritiology), and I am now ready to help you lose weight, change your lifestyle, and improve your overall health.

A personalized session where we review your blood work, daily nutrition, and lifestyle habits. We define your goals together and create a clear, realistic plan to help you achieve them.
• Daily support program (1 or 2 months)
Ongoing, everyday guidance where we stay in touch daily, track progress, and adjust along the way. We monitor changes in weight, energy levels, activity, and overall well-being. Together, we can build a customized menu and daily habits that support long-term results and sustainable change.
